Clean room with excellent breakfast options

I had a pleasant stay with a clean room and a fantastic breakfast that included a variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. the shower pressure could definitely use some improvement.

Great leisure facilities, comfortable room, perfect for solo travelers! The spring rolls and calamari were highlights.

the harlow is quite comfortable with well-kept classic double rooms. the staff was really nice, especially claudia, who went out of her way to help after a long day. it’s great that the food options were varied and tasty, catering to different tastes.

Comfortable bed, convenient location, my partner and I enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep after attending a friend's party nearby, and the hotel offers great amenities like 24-hour reception and ample parking.

Everything was exactly right.

The classic double room offered a decent ambiance, with a comfortable layout that allowed for decent movement and organization of personal belongings. Convenient amenities like a bar and health club provided options for relaxation after a day out.

Sleeping arrangements left a lot to be desired. the mattress felt painfully firm, almost like lying on the floor. Road noise seeped into the room, particularly from cars and motorcycles that made for a restless night. The thin duvet didn’t help the situation, prompting us to boost the heating, which was less than ideal. On top of that, the £6 daily parking fee seemed a bit cheeky, especially with no alternative nearby. the overall appearance of the corridors raised concerns about maintenance and cleanliness, detracting from the overall impression of the facility.

The bed was super comfortable, exactly what I needed after a long day. The location is convenient, but the noise level was a bit annoying. Would definitely consider staying again! 😊

I had such a fantastic time during my 1-night stay! The Classic Double Room was super comfortable with a king-sized bed and great amenities, like a kettle for my tea fix. The breakfast spread was delightful with tons of options, and the friendly staff made everything feel even more special!

I had a delightful stay and particularly loved being just a short stroll from Harlow Town Park, where I enjoyed a peaceful walk surrounded by nature, and the nearby Miller & Carter restaurant offered exceptional dining within easy reach. such a fantastic convenience for anyone who appreciates the charm of city walks and scenic parks.

Our stay was enjoyable, especially visiting hidden London tours where we explored the uncharted side of the Underground, amazing! The kids loved the spacious room, and everything we needed was there for a quick family getaway.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities, like a play area.

Had a great time with friends exploring the hidden side of London, including disused stations and secret sites. The hotel was a decent spot for us to unwind after our adventures. The area was nice, and we appreciated having a place to sit and chat before bed. Plenty of parking available, which was a plus.

Unfortunately, the noise from nearby roads made it hard to get a good night's sleep. We had to keep the window open since the air conditioning wasn't working well, and the sound was quite disruptive.

had a nice stay at the harlow for 2 nights. the classic double room was just what we expected. the beds were super comfortable, and having an iron and ironing board was a plus! there was plenty of hot water, which was great after a long day. the staff were really helpful throughout our stay.
